Service team has a cumulative experience of over 125 man-year. We maintain service team to service the products we sold. As the former dealer of Caterpillar Inc. USA, and MTU, Germany, we have access to most of the captive power generation sites of Bangladesh. As Caterpillar dealer until October 2004, we sold and serviced around 500 caterpillar gas generators with an installed capacity of about 500 MW and diesel engine of around 225 MW installed capacity. The installed capacity of MTU gas engines we sold is about 20 MW and that of Scangen Diesel Engines is around 22 MW. Parts Department carries adequate parts in our warehouse to provide timely and efficient support to our customers. Tools Department is equipped with a wide range of tools including hand tools, pneumatic tools, and specialized engine analyzer for various engine and machine types.
